Although the cartoons were all low budget at that time because there was obviously very little money readily available, but Mickey went on. He continued to entertain the masses and became one of the staple of the movies entertainment available. It was unfortunate that Mickey couldn’t reach everybody at that time, but he remained an American hero throughout.
